We will be sending you a packet via UPS within 5 business days. In the packet, there is a box for your gown, packing instructions and a UPS shipping label to use to send your gown directly to the gown specialist.

Make a note of  any stains, the more we know about your dress and the nature of the stains, the better able we are to remove them.

We are also equipped with expert tailors and alterationists to handle any repairs to your gown. If your gown needs repairs, make a note and include it with your package. The gown specialist will call you if you would like to discuss the repairs, simply include the best telephone number or email to reach you at.
